Very simply explained, straight forward, with three different levels of fitness. Also very good for people who do not like to jump around e.g. aerobics. Also contains good photos of how the exercises should be done.

This book says you can have perfect abs in just 15 minutes a day - well, possibly as long as you do the exercises every day. The book is well produced, the illustrations are clear and the instructions are easy to follow. If you are dedicated and determined then I'm sure it will produce results. Unfortunately, I am not disciplined enough to stick to it every day and much prefer being part of a class, which seems to work better for me. Mary Smith No More Mulberries
