Our Muay Thai Strength Training Logbook, 6 x 9 inch (15.24 x 22.86 cm), is the ideal notebook to track details of your weight training sessions at the gym, club, or at home.

You’ll be able to record the date and time of your workout, the name of each exercise, and the weight and reps for every set. Plus there’s room to keep notes for each exercise and/or training session.

On the left hand side of each double page layout is a lined page for note-taking.

On the right hand side of each double page layout, there is an entire page dedicated to recording your exercise session. Record the number of sets (up to five), the weight, and number of reps for up to six different exercises. Below the exercise log is another lined area for you to write specific details about the exercises.

An example page has been filled in for you to demonstrate how to use the logbook.
