    Number one, These are VERY Delicious! If you are going for healthier option and wanting to have more energy-maybe a pre-workout snack-These ARE GREAT!

    But, if your living that Keto lifestyle, carb counting is VERY important and not all Polyols are the same! The disclaimer reads this:*15g total carbs - 13g Polyols (6g Erythritol, 2.5g Xylitol, 2.5g Maltitol, 2g Glycerin) = 2g Net Carbs.
    Lets break it down a little more for ketoers, so that you can have a more acurate reading.
    15g Total- Polyols that you can deduct-6g Erythritol (your body will not take that like regular cards)-1.5 Xylitol (I usually cut this in half. It can spike BG a little) -0g Maltitol (you have to count all of that. It raises BG almost exactly the same)-1g Glycerin (Not sure how to count this, I'm sticking with the halfsies rule on this one)=-6.5g Net Carbs

    The bar is not specified to be a KETO bar, but it can be if used counting your macros with this more accurate carb count. Just be careful and be mindful that not all polyols are created equal.

    Again, its a great bar and I highly recommend (if its within your macros Ketoers). I learned the hard way!

    After reading all the reviews I decided to try it. And I'm so glad I did! They finally nailed it!

    I've tried all kinds of low carb treats over the years. Some were just ok and some were "yuck". But this one- holy smokes! Finally a good texture and flavor. The cookie in it, is what does it, for real. Share with a coworker, and he thought the same thing. Pretty friggin good candy bar! Without all the garbage.
    Go for it, you won't be disappointed.

    I tried this brand when they first got started a few years ago, and i remember the taste being okay, but not enough to rebuy. I tried them again now hoping maybe the formula had improved. These taste absolutely awful. I tried the raspberry first, does not taste anything like raspberry. its hard to describe the taste but i thought it was probably going to be the worst. i was wrong. i tasted the coconut hoping for something better and it was down right disgusting. it tastes like cough syrup. i dont really understand why either. it tastes absolutely nothing like coconut. finally just to get it over with I tried the chocolate. i guess this tasted the most like what it should taste like of the 3, but even the chocolate does not taste good. just to be clear i checked the expiration dates and they should still be good for another 7 months or so. i honestly dont understand. it tastes so bad im questioning whether or not this is even the same brand i tried before, but sure enough i found my email for my original order direct from their website back in 2020. same brand just somehow way worse then i remember.

    I'm a returning customer, and have bought these before, as well as the coconut and raspberry flavors. Honestly, they are all really good, and they taste amazing. It is really hard to believe how little sugars are in these things, and perfect for those times that I had a sweet tooth craving.
    During my diet change (not sure what my calorie count was before, but currently at about 1400- 1500 a day or less) these bars in addition to healthier eating habits, truly helped me stay on track, and as of today, i have lost 52 pounds, and about 6 inches off my waist! I can't thank this company and it's team of people enough, from the CEOs and executives, the researchers, to the factory workers, shippers, customer service reps, and all down to the janitors and maintenance people! You guys rock !
