I bought this Muscle Milk for a few reasons. I have MS and want to gain some healthy weight, improve my immune system and increase the high amount of protein that is great for healing body tissue. Another big factor was it is the only supplement I could find that is lactose/dairy free. Also, most other brands came in 8oz servings, this comes in 11oz servings - and almost always half the price of the other well-known brands. The intense vanilla flavor is very good, I haven't tasted the chocolate flavor yet, but I am sure it will be just as good, if not better. I ordered a friend of mine a 24 pack, 12 vanilla and 12 chocolate, to help her heal from an upcoming orthopedic surgery. She will love the taste and the 32gm of protein will aid in her healing process. I will be reordering this Muscle Milk for myself to insure I'll always have it on hand/in the fridge.
