Me gusto mucho asi que pedire otra de otro sabor compre el de vainilla tenia miedo por los comentarios de que era muy dulce peeo a mi me gusto , leche ,hielo una cucharada de la proteína y una pista de canela molida y a licuar sustituí mi cena con esto espero que me ayude a bajar de peso .
