    It's expensive compared to others, but it's a quality product that has not bent under the stress of heavy weight. Great for isolating the biceps and getting a great pump. And if youre complaining about how "uncomfortable" it can be, then don't bother buying... Put down the weights, and leave the gym.

    Here's the verdict...
    I definitely feel the isolation. I felt it with 40 lbs repping it 10-12 times when I usually do 70lbs with the ez bar. Then I did it with dumbbells with 25's. And I get a nice squeeze. But I'm sorry it's uncomfortable around the neck and abdomen area. Its kinda awkward to adjust at times. But in the end I feel like it's an unnecessary piece of equiptment. I would not use as a primary go to.... It feels like it's made from good quality material but it's not a functional piece of equipment to carry around the gym
    Definitely more pros than cons.. Stick to seated preacher curls and good form and you'll be fine
